REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with DV's Luxury Collection.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Items eligible for return:

• Damaged items

• Wrong item received

• Manufacturing defects

For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and used personal items cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we will either:

• Send a replacement product, or

• Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us or our supplier.

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A description of the issue

We respond within 24–48 hours.
